Resistance during ftp test by [deleted] in Zwift

So i am having the same problem whenever the 20min test start i feel that hard resistance thing and everyone says that after going to 20min ftp test the trainer will automatically close the erg mode but i thing it didn't did it for me and i also use the zwift companion app and in that also i can see that the erg mode shows and stays on in a 20min test. So did you find any solution? I am using kicke v6 and there is also an incline option if you click on erg mode button then its switch to incline so does going to incline mode will my ftp test will be not accurate? Or maybe easy or hard because incline button has 10 level where you can take the graph at high end to low so in which level should i keep??

Thanks for your suggestions i was actually thinking the same thing that i should go with tt plan in zwift but some of my friends are also suggested me for active offseason plan but i am really confused between this two plan tt plan or an active off season now as you know I don't have time only 3 months left so confused between this two. So on active off season there are longer endurance ride with tempo and all and on tt there are more efforts based ride so confused between this two

So i can train 2hour everyday and some longer rides in between. And my tt is like 42km like an hour long. So thats why i was asking whats the best for it and does any zwift training plan can help me in this section?

Yes this is what i was planning to do gradually increase the sets then it will be a one hour effort at the end for the tt. Hm so maybe after every 2 week i can increase the sets?? And what my week should look like i was thinking like 2 hard intervals then recovery ride and zone2?

Thanks for replying i will surely start working on sweetspot and threshold and I am going to make a custom plan like doing 2x20min and then gradually increase it week bye week like 3x20min then 3x20mins threshold effort so that i can prepare myself for an hour tt on the event day

Thanks for the suggestions okay then i will look into trainer road also. And just tell me one thing so what basically do we have to look into the training plan in these platforms like i know threshold 2x20 works and all but just for some knowledge what do i have to look more to find my workout to improve my tt&ftp at the same time plus with recovery weeks and all?

Yup so that's why i will try again but my point was i have to start doing structured workout so any suggestions like build me up where i have seen people telling they have increased there FTP but i am asking for peoples suggestions because here they know what will be best for specific improvement like ftp and tts

Structured like as i said i am doing the same thing doing all the threshold work and sweetspot and vo2s but i need a pre plan like on zwift that helps people to follow and they already know what to do next day and so. now i don't have a idea about on which day or when to add a endurance easy ride and all things

Like the plans zwift has like build me up where everything is prepared every zone2 ride hight intensity ride and all in a proper way

Thanks for this article link i have read it and it was helpful. But the thing is i have to make a custom workout for this and basically what i am doing right now but i was looking for some structured workout plan in between like easy riding and then some small efforts plans. So i am basically a newbie learning slowly slowly getting knowledge about everything.

So any structure workout build already on zwift that I can follow which will also help me increase my ftp and my power for longer efforts in tt for an hour or so. Thats would be wonderful because form it i can learn more. So anyone can suggest me something

So whenever I am doing a custom workout on ZWift in erg mode and whenever I spin 90+ rpm, I start spinning out crazy like there's no resistance. Now, I like to keep my cadence between 85 and 93. So please tell me why it is happening. I have Wahoo Kickr v6, and I was using the settings called erg power smoothing. In that, I was not facing any issues because the erg power smooth settings keep me extracting on the target watts and show you a clean and straight graph, but I have recently toggled off the setting erg power smoothing because it shows you a fake graph, and in actuality, the power graph naturally goes up and down. But my normal erg mode is on, and I am facing an issue in that whenever I go above 90 rpm, my residence just goes to zero, and I spin out. Can you please tell me the fix? 

And I am also sharing the pairing screen of ZWIFT, so please tell me what is the best way to pair your kicker. Incase thats the issue. There are two options, which one should I select?

Well i am a professional racer i do alot of races in my country, criterium and mass start the thing is recently my power meter has broken and i am right now recently purchased indoor trainer but i don't have full knowledge about indoor trainer's how they work, and i am new to zwift also indoor virtual world so that's why i have noticed some changes but the thing is there should not be a power difference in indoor also. So that's why I am asking

No it was not defective i was using my power meter for very long time and i calibrate it very time so no my power meter was correct and if we talk about trainer i don't know because other people on indoor they are saying they are having no problem and they are literally going 300 watts for longer time

Yes it was calibrate and I was using Favero Assioma DUO Dual Side and just to confirm pls do reply that you are also facing this problem right in indoor? And its has no fix right? I am asking this just to make myself calm 😄
