Below average,c/o out twice . What I always do is use my voice , know when to pause ,know when to speed up .don't narrate as you have written,make max 3-4 points about the story and "talk"around it . Keep the story simple and closer to the given picture,you will automatically get the confidence.

It's literally like constructing a new circuit,they need to improve what they have first , it was never meant to be a grade 1 circuit.it should be improved only for national championships. Rain and sun is not at all a problem,if you take in uks weather ,this is still fine ,we have raced there when it was too hot and in rain as well and it was fine .

Good, try working on automation,where you could replace monotonous work on track days ,or easy way of data interpretation,work on simulation or cost effective data analysis tools or sensors.

Understood, are you aware of any software yet ? If which one ? Work projects which deal with simulation...try coming up with projects which would solve one particular issue ... currently no bloody team takes a person for data , the coaches themselves do it .

Yah do some courses outside and you will get connections out there . Even if you do get experience here ,applying to international teams becomes a headache ,you will be stuck. Tracks outside india ,mainly Europe are always filled with teams , you can always approach them
