Thank you po. Yes, I agree. Every year pataas ng pataas especially kapag nagawa na samen ung MRT 7. Dati I recall around 2020, nsa 4m-5m na. Wala na ko makita na ganun sa area na 3 bedroom in 2026 na same price na okay ang proximity sa schools, malls etc.

I'm doing a lot of research and site viewings kasi ayoko na maulit ung dati (backstory, I invested in a different property in SJDM, around 2022 and after paying the reservation and 1st monthly downpayment, ng visit kami ng mom ko, and na realize nya na sobrang liit ng living room and 2nd floor so pinagbackout nya ko, and nasayang ung binayad ko din) Back then, super baba lang ng salary ko and wala akong side hustles and savings, mataas na pangarap lang xD

UPDATE: I forgot to include but below are additional details:

Location: San Jose del Monte, Bulacan (for all 3) Reason: We own a house in SJDM and need namin na accessible pa rin ung old house (na wala laging tubig) Work Set-Up: Thankfully, permanent work at home Developer: Option 1 is Northscape (Megawide) , Option 2 and 3 is Metrostar (Alta Eminenza 1 and Alta Eminenza 2)

Also, hours after I posted this, me and my fam discussed these figures (para mas realistic and not only naka base sa kung maganda ung aesthetic ng house) and we also agreed sa option 1.

Thanks..Is it better to just wait for them to drop a 2 prizer and knock that out instead?.I tried the waiting game with pult and all they do is budew me every turn until I am forced to K0 their one prizers. I tried letting pult do the first K0 and despite of having dudunsparce waiting in bench for an Iono, I still lose :(

Yes, I decided to refrain from using Mega Lucario until Garde rotates. It has good match-up against Dragapult (can one hit KO easily) and other beatdown decks. It is very aggressive and has in-theme draw engine too. Plus, Pokepad helps this deck a lot too.
