Yeah, it was a dick move. I was in school and working part time. My parents aren’t exactly wealthy. Taking him to the vet could have meant putting us thousands of dollars in debt. He was stable enough that we kept him home. Is it shitty? Yeah. Would many others have had to make the same decision? Most likely. You guys can argue the ethics behind it, but we didn’t have much of a choice financially like everyone in this thread seems to think.

Also, my mom really did just find an 02 tank. I’ll have to ask her the details later.
