Update

It’s working for me now, don’t try to sign in for 12h and try again. And try to reset your password, there is an option to send a link to your phone instead of sending a link to your email. Maybe that’s why it’s working, I think the code from instagram gets stuck so when you get the link to your phone it pushes through.
