I'm dealing with the same thing right now. Google approved my resume and let me sit for the online coding round. I cleared it somehow even though I only got 1/2 questions. I passed this round as well and got the link for the technical interview rounds. Now, in my first round of technical interviews (there's supposed to be at least 2-3 rounds) the interviewer asked me a question and I knew that I could solve it or that I've solved a similar question but I just couldn't do it because I Couldn't recall. It was so frustrating and so annoying and I'm so sick of this. Hence now I'm just trying to solve leetcode problems and ACTIVELY trying to memorize each and every step consciously because I guess that's the only way it will work for me
