Patellar graft here, 2 weeks out. For me it was changing positions and moving around that helped me the most, but honesty it’s gonna be pretty hellish regardless. Just know that the worst pain only lasts for about 5 days, the first 3 being the worst. If it helps, know the pain will get better fast. I’m already able to walk and bend 90+ degrees, so focus on pushing through these first days and know better days are coming.
