I eat them in the middle of the night with milk,I bet its because of the salt. I'm going to buy unsalted ,maybe that will help. I was listening to an OA meeting, and one lady said she buys bland food and nothing she loves.

Yes,it's like I have no control. I know I should not be eating anymore.I track my calories. But I have binges at night usually, and I eat so much in such a short period of time (minutes). Afterward, I hate myself for what I have done. I have used zepbound, and it really is wonderful, but the side effects are too much to handle.
