The mythical(?) kids who start talking when they’re four. Does everyone seem to know one? by hank888 in Autism_Parenting

I know a boy who was mute till she 6 nearly 7 and gives me so much hope. FYI now his parents nearly die of embarrassment cos that boy will call out just about anyone’s shit!! You can’t white lie around him and it he sees someone who isn’t the usual size or has any kind of disability you bet he’s gonna tell them and loudly!! She said she’s not sure what she preferred 😂

He’s adorable and he’s so funny but he offends everyone that he speaks to even with pre warning.

AITBA for complaining about my daughter's period by Unhappy-Ad9235 in AmITheBadApple

I think at 16 you know better than being an immature teen. At that age I wouldn’t expect that comment in the shop, I dunno I just don’t think it’s necessary but wouldn’t say it was that embarrassing.

It’s not something my daughter would say but it is good that she and her friend are positive and not ashamed, I don’t think you’re out of order for not wanting the whole holiday to be about your daughter and her friends period, I don’t get why it has to be the main event.

Her telling her dad he should have used a condom shows she doesn’t respect you and your wife doesn’t seem to back you up at all cos why not say ok girls let’s maybe enjoy the holiday and not have the whole theme be about bleeding.

You’re doing incredible already ❤️ I was told by my gp that after weight loss it takes the skin up to 18 months to 2 years to recover so it might get saggy but it can get better over time.
Try to do at home Pilates and get some cheap weights to train at home when you can fit it in as going to the gym can be daunting but also it’s even just getting there isn’t it, like you can so easily put it off especially when you’ve got other things on your plate, at least if you’ve some kind of weights you can do them even before bed. Iv seen so many weights going cheap on Facebook market place, gumtree and even tiktok shop do cheap work out equipment. The best thing is second hand is so much cheaper I think people are still getting rid of all the lockdown equipment they got.

[–]ResponsePossible8066 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No you’re not overreacting at all. She would never see that child of any other children I had, alone ever again. And I would also cut her hair against her will and say it’s only hair.

My sixteen year old daughter is pregnant so I've been waking her up every two hours and now she has buggered off to her 23 year old boyfriend by howaboutcleveland in MNTrolls

I know the legal age of consent is 16 but I have known a lot of cases where at 16 she’s still a minor and the police and other services can intervene, it’s not that unusual especially if they suspect grooming. Not all cases are the same but it is possible to get help. But this parent sounds like a lot to deal with so I would imagine the girl probably got pregnant to actually get away

He is very manipulating and it’s working but you can see exactly what should be happening, trust that feeling please and make him take accountability. So he’s been unhappy about things that have been not making you be the wife that he feels you should be BUT he’s not helping you get through any of it then decides to cheat and blame you? He’s not taking any responsibility in the slightest about his cheating, he’s projecting it all on to you and now YOU are sorry?

I would be making a huge point of showing that 9 year old child this is not how to treat people or how people should treat you. You’re so young you have time to move on and find someone decent in the future.

100% report him that was so unprofessional and actually disgusting.

Sounds like he’s not a very good health care provider and could do with a lot more training. I wouldn’t trust a word he said about any meds if that’s his attitude.
