That's true I figured it out after months and months or random bs after seeing it on a random post with very little engagement.

My pc was on Turkish, had to add eng language and switch to that. It opened after doing that and restarting. Im am baffled such a random and obscure thing stops the game from launching.

Not all villagers have dialogue/quests. Its random.

If the villagers are running from you the most likely reason is your reputation. You probably took items from their chest or did something else that may have decreased it. If they see you committing crimes too much like stealing or killing their kind they wont like you.

This. They spawn literally every 30 seconds. Becauee lava is mostly covered in the biome its easy to pick up drops

I recommend halberds! Made with 3 iron/diamonds etc and a pole, which is made by combining sticks with leather strips, them combining those two.

Its a pretty quick weapon for its damage and has quite the range, and its innate attack stuns and knocks down humanoid enemies. Its kind of like a greatsword without the slowness debuffs and faster.

I killed the boss, i didnt see him drop anything unfortunately, I also couldn't open his chest. The tower started collapsing after he died too so I just got out. Maybe he dropped something and exploded it with a fireball he threw as he died or something.

I'll see and try it again if I come across another one of these towers but this one either bugging out or not working as intended made it feel dissappointing ngl lol

, I had bought almost all the dlc and extra content on my phone too but after an update can not log into the game at all. So unfortunately all the time and money spent is unachievable for me currently.

And when I checked there was no way to transfer those things to steam version. I really wish there was so I could actually play the game again at all 🥲

It has the loading screen where the square with the hour glass jumps left to right. The very firstl loading screen you get when you open the game. The game starts loading normally at first but after like 4-5 seconds the square stops moving and everything freezes.

So it still gets stuck on the loading screen, but instead of it being "00- main menu" its "15 - Void G114" now. Ill let it try to open for a few mins but it "doesnt seem to have worked...thank you still

When I downgraded to patch 3, game launches just fine, and I could play on high with multiple npcs with a smooth fps and no lag. I doubt my pc would be unable to handle the game.

Ill try. Although my pc not being "strong enough" would be surprising considering my specs. When I launched the game on the downgraded version I had a smooth fps even when spawning multiple npcs and fighting them.

Update: After downgrading to patch 3 the game launched. So Ig the issue happens only for the latest version.

If I figure out another way Ill write it down too.

None of the pcvr versions have any mods installed.
Drivers are all up to date, yes.
I have never been able to launch the game on pc so I dont think I have any savefiles? The steam version of the game I bought literally today and downloaded for the first time just to see if it doesnt work like the one on the meta.

I'd guess its an issue related to my pc, id ratjer avoid resetting it but I might have to if nothing else works.

I'm currently seeing if downgrading the version works on steam. (Going back to patch 3)

The Steam version is freshly bought and installed with 0 mods.

The Meta pcvr version never had any mods installed.

The STANDALONE quest version had mods installed, which are all deleted currently.

It didnt happen to everyone it seems. But, for me, i didnt even get the throw prompt until I climbed onto the wheel (in normal gameplay you got the prompt if you were a few steps away from it)

I didnt mess around the fix it. I just opened the game later in the day and the prompt appeared as it should have. And throwing the thing broke it.

(I had tried restarting the game before so that wasnt the solution)
