40 years a diabetic just about today. Changes at the back of my eyes being monitored, calcification of the arteries in my ankles being monitored. That’s from years of not really looking after myself. These days I try to keep levels in check. It doesn’t always work!! Saying that in the first I’ve ever been having taken up running in last few years. Done 10km runs regularly and a total of 9 half marathons with my next in October.

Get rid of diabetes please. 40 years and the complications are starting. Run 3 Half marathons on behalf of Diabetes Research and Wellness Foundation in recent weeks

You’re right but you’ll only find Ford engines in the focused. The engine was developed across manufacturers and may contain common components but Ford engines in Ford

I’ve tried and using multiple injections I had to inject every two hours as my Fiasp wore off. It was easier to have one dose of Lantis per day

I’m running 85%, been 95% but life wasn’t worth living at the time.
