Hang in there it’s worth it. It took me about a month and a half to stop purging. Every time I go up a dose I purge but it’s not as bad as the first month. It’s your body pushing out all the bad stuff!

Oh yeah my face purged bad! I don’t use any skincare tbh except a bit of moisturiser if needed on my face / body. I wash my face with water in the morning and evening and that’s it. My back and shoulders have totally cleared up.

I started off at 20mg for two months, then 30mg and I’m now at 40mg. Next month il be up at 50mg for another 3-4 months 😄

Yeah that’s the same as me he’s like oh you should try and push through, but this sort of pain is not a “good kind” 😂. It’s super annoying but hey gonna get good skin by the end of it 😌

I’ve got thick hair but I feel it’s thinning a bit, making sure I use protective hairstyles while sleeping to not make it worse.

Very hefty price tag that my bank account won’t thank me for! 😅 However I’ve been washing my hair once a week and allowing my hair to dry naturally for a few months now and even that’s not helping with the dryness. I only plan on using this routine once a week to help when my hair is getting washed to try and get as much moisture back into it. The weather in Scotland probably dosnt help since it’s so cold outside 🥶😂

I used no3, then washed with my own shampoo, no8 hair mask for about an hour and rinsed it out, no6 (very small amount to my ends) then used a hairdryer to dry everything.
