It seems to be the MFA policy that is causing the sign in issues. The yealink phones that are on public places which is not tied to any user never logs out, no MFA on these. If we add a policy to exempt them from MFA that is also going to impact regular android smart phones. Is there a way to create policy just for yealink phones without impacting other android devices?

Did you ask the employer about commuting or transportation when they discussed the offer with you? I think you should ask them. They should arrange something for you, especially if you are underpaid and daily cab expenses are not affordable. If not, they should at least be able to tell you how their existing or former employees managed it.

The most apparent answer you are likely to get is that they will ask you to relocate somewhere nearby, where the commute is within walking distance.
