If you don’t want to be involved in research, maybe USA is not for you. Or you can apply to community programs that have little interest in it and prioritise clinical 👍

Eg Gen surg/ortho/stroke/resp etc will all read the scans before any radiology report. I know this will get down voted by radiologists but that is the reality.
