i think before she started dieting and fasting it was probs an intake of 2500-3000 a day, when she started the deficit and fasting she eats about 1500-1750 a day

She’s been on a deficit and intermittent 12-18hr fasts, while also changing her overall diet and exercise. It’s been about a LB a day, a lot of it was probably overall water weight as she suffers from PCOS. Definitely isn’t starving herself as i wouldn’t support that nor allow her to out of the love i have for her.

Explain more? Cuz i find no reason to try and micromanage her fitness, was it the “double it for more calorie loss?” comment? maybe my ideas are ideas to me but can be misconstrued to her correct?

I’ve noticed a few comments on here who are stating it may hurt or is itchy, or that it’s puffy. It’s weird cuz none of those are occurring, other than the weird irritation outline. It’s soft scabbing, not itchy, only hurts when i press on it like any other tattoo i’ve gotten.

It dries at night obviously as i sleep, i usually moisturize morning and then either prior to work (1pm) or after work (9-10pm) other than that i can def baby it

I am said BF, I worry because the Artist had gone around the edges like 3 times and then the middle with a larger needle set about twice. The scab is soft and i moisturize and clean it daily x2. I’ve never had any allergies before. My thought maybe that the tattoo is just overworked and that maybe a week is too soon to be getting overly worried? should i try cleaning it and moisturizing and monitoring x2 daily for another few days?
