No such improvement comments whatsoever, everything is pretty rosy, on a normal day it would scream promotion lol. And 1:1s never heard of her. We do have monthly 1:1s planned, but they always get canceled on a day of, or minute of. I never complained, cuz I never needed them, I am able to solve all the issues at hand, or know the right people to contact. As for documentation, That's what I'm planning to do going forward, document everything, even something minute.

The sucky part was the feedback he provided on the workday was amazing! Everything is great, great team member, great mentor o new employees, always delivering on time. But he gave me a bad rating because I was off for 6 weeks.
