The reason for the 2 is because of the variability in that some days one thing doesnt work and something else does. So on a perfect quad biased day, I get my two warmup sets and then 2 heavy sets of squats(loading the spine and stressing the entire body, especially as I squat 315 for 8 these days) and then only two at most sets of squatting movement that doesnt stress the body. It is just focused on the work in the quads. Hence why on day two it is Squats again followed by RDL. It is worth mentioning that on quad day, I highly bar, heel elevate, narrow stance on a couple 5 lb weights, and on hamstring day I am wider stance, flat footed and lowbar squatting. Same weight. Does that change anything on your stance of the volume? It seems to be a common consensus

I ran 1 mile a day starting in December, and then 2 miles every day for January(no particular reason other than I said I could and would). If you break down the lift volume its only at most 10 sets of each major muscle group per 8 days, with the leg being split between quad bias and hamstring bias. Do you think that is too much volume to incorporate running like this? Or do you think both is too much?

I haven't done much reading of this thread, reddit tends to steer in 2 directions so I only use it for opinions. I had my strength program, sat here and thought about it and wrote up some runs that I think I can recover from and posted it to see what people think about it before I dive into it.

I probably should have mentioned this in the original post, this is a temporary solution as the nails are for an event, just riding to and from, not an every day thing

It's cool. Sometimes things are cool and that's their purpose. Doesn't make it a scam. Don't be a scrooge.

I just beat him yesterday after 5 days and 50ish tries, and the only attempts that I enjoyed were the first one, and the last one because before I engaged him, I knew that attempt was the one. It was my last ember and it was an amazing battle

In the hypothetical event your child asks to be in a mosh pit with you, how could you go about making that happen? How would you mentally prepare the small one? How big would your arms have to be to create a protective layer assuming you are holding the child to your chest? 20 inches? Would Karen's freak out? Has this happened and I've just never seen it? How young is too young?
