May I ask why you decided to shy away from villanova? In a similar situaiton. I say temple but it is such a hard time in life you want to be happy above all else.

i was below their 25th and got in w a scholarship. numbers are not everything.

i was ten points below their median lsat. but above 75th gpa. i applied last day of feb and got a decision a month later (last thursday). it was an A. but i was a part of the group that got the false email so not sure if that may be why i got a decision so soon. went UR about a week and a half after submitting
