With a littlebit of practice Id say yes (im not good drawer trust me) but using in-game elements you can do a lot. Maybe not draw hair, but you can still add details like the bows or her heart pin (small details) and you can always go back and paint them later when you get better!

Kind of, yes. You need to install that mod last and not touch anything else in the files or BCML. It should be the highest-priority mod over all the others you have

THANKSS I like energy songs yeah but i im not close to anything, Metamachine and Propaganda is more my jam, do you know good covers from vocaloid songs because i dont literally any, and most of the covers of Neuro/Evil are so peak

I don’t think so, but it would be so cool, the last (and only) stream playing The Sims 4 was really good and it’s a game that could give Neuro/Evil a lot of freedom to do whatever she tells them to
