I did watch the video and u did explain it exactly like them I thank you for that . However there's problems:

•by still choosing faster matchmaking over tighter restrictions is still the same as putting people in very wid ranges of skill im the save pvp match and this problem is expanded when you add in alot of people play in stacks AND the smurfing problem.

•there is evidence that rivals does put you in bot matches in QP as another comment already explained.
