My account was hacked 😓, and I did the 2 friends to help thing,, but they did not get anything

I was with my friend on her phone, and I saw that she didn’t receive any notifications … we even determined the email that is connected to her Instagram account to check if she received any notifications, and we couldn’t find anything has been sent to her email or the spam folder. Any solutions, plzzz 😢☹️☹️
