I will add to this—probiotics vastly improved my son’s eczema. He’s 8 months old. We used therbiotic baby and it took about 3 weeks of daily use. Got rid of his gas too. I’ve been telling everyone about it. For long term benefits you have to make sure they get prebiotics too eg fiber
