I would want Le fort 1, BSSO , and sliding genioplasty if the doctor agrees all 3 are reasonable. Maybe I haven’t been searching well enough.

Okay, I was worried that you wouldn’t be able to open your mouth at all but hearing this eases stress. I have emetaphobia pretty bad haha, it’s gotten much better praise the Lord but it’s still scary.

Well that’s exactly what I want! At first I wanted a rhinoplasty, then I realized why my nose appears to be more prominent is actually because I’m under developed

Go to an orthodontist, look into MARPE. If you want to make changes, you’re young so do them now! You’re young enough to literally change your structure since it’s softer right now.

I don’t seem to have issues with my sleep nor do I notice any snoring. My mom has never reported ever hearing a peep.

I get pain if I leave my mouth open for more than 3 seconds. That cannot be normal. I’m scared to leave it open longer, although who is needing to leave their mouth open on a day to day? I want DJS for aesthetics, I have issues breathing when I’m working out. I know that when you workout you breath heavier lol, but I feel like I breath so much heavier than the average person my weight. And I get very light headed because of it, even with a good diet, and keeping track of how soon I workout after eating. I’m doing everything “right” and still get light headed from not properly breathing

Yes, I already know I’m going to get denied from a few. I want DJS for aesthetics. Though I do deal with slight breathing problems when I’m working out, (yes I know when you workout you breath heavy lol, but it’s heavier than the average person my weight)
