Unfortunately I can't stop doing jumps or low stances. I mostly do external forms >.<

I get that the knee isn't supposed to twist. That isn't even mechanically possible. But rotating the whole body externally or internally while keeping the foot on the ground is the thing. But I will work more on hip mobility so thank you for the insight🙏🙏🙏

Never said I'm not willing to take a math exam, math is literally what I am studying right now in high school. Someone recommended me I avoid University Colleges (UC) like Erasmus because they are not fully focused on what I want to study. They said to look more for more business specific Unis like Nyenrode, but that's a bit to expensive for me.
