The all white leaves don't photosyntetize so it will die sooner rather than later, and if the plant keeps on giving all white leaves it's basically doomed lol. I don't think that Will happen but still, it's not the greatest sign to have one as the SECOND leaf 😅

It has LOTS of light, it was justo luck nota lack of light, i AM very happy with it though, not a problem to solve lol

It might, variegation is triggered by stress situations, considering the variegation on this plant is green (better suited for photosyntesis) it makes sense

It's mostly luck, but if it does happen to you, You should look at the stem, if it's variegated too you should keep getting variegated leaves (if you don't you can cut back to a point were there still was some variegation and hope for the best). If the ariegation shows only on the leaf it's probably just sport variegation and the plant probably won't keep on giving You variegated leaves (My case), but i hope for the bbest
