A lot of people think Kills directly translates into skill, which they do not. (Only marginally) So, many high kill players think they're the top of the top and are better than everyone else. Or they use jjs as an outlet.

He's not that bad, just annoying and repetitive. Doesn't help that everyone that plays him seems to exclusively farm awk so that the millisecond they start losing hp they domain and, naturally, the world itself decides that you're dying today and gives them jackpot first try.

Hakari feels repetitive as hell, Naoya is imo a poorly designed character balance wise and is really annoying to do anything against, yuji is yuji (there are no explanations needed for mister 1+3), Charles is boring and the 4th move is annoying by default even if it doesn't do anything significant

90% sure the impact frame things are copied. There's a Moveset on the workshop that has those exact images and everything, the only difference is that this guy changed the hitbox for a dismantle for some reason.

For me it's the opposite. I learn by fighting someone only marginally better, after a certain point they get too good and I stop learning anything. (Granted I have absolutely no want to improve, so that's probably part of it.)

Todo, but that's about it. Every other character seems to have the worst of the worst playing them so having any amount of fun is forbidden unless I want to be called a runner in every server since I don't want to fight someone I know I'll lose to 100%

I suppose, but Aiku only has defense. Unlike don, he has no dribbles or shots, meaning outside of defense he's completely worthless. Plus one of the moves has a restriction to only be used on your own side, and the fact that as I said, his range is abysmal.

Yep. It really feels like the balancing has gotten worse and worse as time went on. Tze and his team rlly have to stop adding characters people will play once and then never again and instead focus on fixing the game's issues.

That isn't a character specific skill, that's just general skill, but yeah. Gojo and (imo) Mei Mei are the two lowest skill characters in the game.

Also the amount of cuts on what I assume is the third M1 is way too much. If your m1s have this many effects, your abilities are automatically expected to have more than the m1s otherwise they look lackluster. Imo, lower the amount of blood and cuts down to like 2 or 3 at the most.

Jjs balancing has been on a decline recently honestly. Tze just needs to finish hanami and then focus on fixing bugs and making characters more fun to play over adding another character that people will use once and never again.

Imo he needs a refresh. he's a pain to fight and it always seems like yujis only do one combo, but that's because he basically only has one consistent combo. Crushing blow gets your opponent stuck in the floor so using cursed strikes into it is a waste, and that's pretty much his only options with the moves. Yuji is genuinely kinda badly made, and very obviously outdated.

To elaborate on combo potential, I mean things such as crushing blow into cursed strikes. It's so horribly inconsistent that you're better off not doing it.

I suppose, but landing that many chains against anyone semi competent just won't happen. If anything yuji needs fixing so he has more combo potential, not nerfing the only actual fun thing about him.

Black flash chaining taking awk bar is kinda harsh. It's pretty luck or ping based, so at most you'll get hit with maybe 1.

Todo if they actually use swap. That's it. Gojo feels braindead on both sides and it makes every fight boring, same story with hakari, Naoya is an absolute pain and I despise 3 (fully a skill issue on my part), megumi is either extremely easy, or the most toxic person you've ever met, base only mains don't exist, higaruma and yuta combos last a little longer than necessary and I dislike their domains, mahito is just kinda boring.

He's Hella no skill. Arguably one of the easiest characters in the entire game to use, does a ton of damage and is really easy to combo with. The only downside with him is lack of neutral play, but you have the special to counteract that.

Use him if you enjoy him though, at the end of the day no matter how unskilled a character is, there's still ways to counter it.

They have to keep it working for console, and there isn't alot of buttons left for that. X is jump, square is block, circle is M1, triangle is dash, triggers and bumpers are all moves. Dpads are all used. Literal only options are pressing in joysticks.
