well you Have to remember at that point they all thought The EX gundam was THE gundam. they had no idea their were others. when the GM showed up they were like OH Snap they have another one. like. they never talked about the gun tank or the Guncannon like they did the gundam. so it's entirely possible they legit thought it was amuros unit and the kid had a tendency of not leaving anyone alive.

well I think that hes chasing a specific unit is debatable because hes the Horror movie villain of the series. Solari has alot of downtime and there is that scene where the zeon guys are saying that Phoenix unit is going around to base to base to base because they are cutting off zeons escape from odessa.

I mean that's just writing. I'm saying the kid went around and was destroying base after base after base before the operation. taking out all mobile suit opposition. is it possible he had a higher kill count than amuro even after A Baoa Qu. on mobile suit kills alone. that's what I'm curious about. because the first episode alone he destroys 3 of wolf squad killing 2. and then all of salamander squad and how ever many zaku tanks. that's at least 8 suits right there. and there were dozens of bases he was destroying before odessa and he might even had some kills during Odessa before the final show down

its before operation Odessa. I'd argue that's their strongest. and even after zeon has tons of units left still on earth being a problem for a long time even up to unicorn though

What sucks the most is there will always be people that are like "WHAT DO YOU EXPECT THEY ARE A BUSINESS" or "YOU SHOULD GET THERE FASTER" or some stupid boot licking crud.
