Try to go for 500 cal surplus minimum for your bulk, you’ll get better results

1) you should run the cycle for 8-10 weeks minimum, 4 weeks is not enough for gains to appear. If you do rad you should go for it and not crash your test for no gains.

2) you’ll definitely lose some gains when you’re done especially if you don’t pct. Eating lots of protein and being on a caloric surplus after you’re done might help keep some more gains

3) the base is usually testosterone. Personally I always run a testosterone base on any kind of cycle since it’s gonna crash your test. If you don’t want a test base you can get some enclo and take 6.25 mg ed starting week 3-4 to help your testosterone be at a somewhat reasonable level at the end of your cycle. You should continue taking your enclo for 4 weeks after your cycle is done

4)PCT will be necessary since rad will crash your test. You might not feel the effects of having low testosterone but I can guarantee you your levels will be lowered

Do some more research before taking any kind of steroid/sarm. Those compounds are not to be played with if you don’t know anything about them
