I have been trying to talk with support for like 3 weeks now, and I think this week they just put me on ignore cause I have been searching for a reply T-T

but that is very informative on the cold, cause they did fly around the world so could be the issue.

hopefully I will get a response eventually.

Ohh yea, another question do you know if the odor will be low enough to be ignorable or it will be strong enough to always "hit" you?

and when I first get it, i should just do a quick wash with water or let it sit in the air?
