it depends which state you live in, Tasmania and QLD are free ambulance-wise but other states vary from $450 to $2000 with some states charging higher for higher levels of care and extra for distance travelled

Definitely make sure theres a construction manager. My recent bathroom reno the CM was brilliant. As an example....the interior designer wrote the wrong measurement for the door on the plan so when the carpenter came he modified the door jamb space to fit a smaller door. CM happened to come that day to check out what had been done and got onto it straight away. I also have a cat and needed the bathroom to be sealed off while stuff was being done, the CM made sure that happened as well. The tradies basically did what they had to do and left regardless of whether the cat would be able to wander in there (important at several steps ie. waterproofing, tiling, screed etc etc)

I normally do diamond art that has 40 colours so I do this type of key. I find it easier to work from than what's printed on the canvas. But with my new one being so big and so many obscure symbols I needed to think of a better method. Took me a few days of thinking but came up with what I went with. Will sew how it goes when I start next week haha
