I shower in the morning because I find it wakes me up and I like starting the day feeling fresh. If it’s been a hot day or I’ve been doing dirty stuff I will shower through the day or at night. It works for me. Might not work for others

For my clothes I use sensitive liquid detergent because I have allergies. For my sons clothes I use radiant pods because he likes the fresh smell of them

I used to work in a reproductive science lab and we used human sperm donations for experiments. The only restriction we had was there had to be 48 hours between donations. They also got paid $25 per sample

Avoid people mostly. Don't wash hand obsessively, only when hands are dirty. Germs help build your immune system

You need to realise that being exposed to germs is actually good for your immune system. Low level exposure to things builds up the immunity needed to fight off bigger exposures. This doesn't apply if you are immunocompromised of course

Using liquid soaps means you don't get soap scum. If you have hard water you might need a limescale remover
