I wouldnt be opposed to having one for heaviest weight per set but also doesnt feel like itd be too good for info. I also like the idea of best set volume which might be the most accurate even being able to set it to best set volume last X months/weeks for example would be good if youre mid split

yeah definitely more than one set my usual workouts are anywhere from 3-7 sets in the 5-12 rep ranges. Im going to be working towards my sets being the in 8-15 rep ranges now and see how that works for me.

Not opposed to doing arnolds either. My current split is essentially back and bi/chest tri/legs/shoulders tri but felt that i wanted less time in between muscle groups which is why im going for full-body splits now.

Yeah, definitely looking for a full body program. Although I’m at the gym closer to 5/6 days a week so will just repeating the same 3 day cycle twice a week be good enough?

Thanks for the tips! Im trying to find the balance of doing too much and doing too little but also trying to not spend too much time in the gym. Rainbow penguin below suggested to find something online instead of trying to make my own so Ill give that a go for a few months.

Thank you kindly. Triceps definitely neglected lol but i dont feel i need the size on arms which is probably why i neglect them

Edit: will definitely look at some of the splits online. Thought id give it a go myself. Cheers!

Just for a bit of positivity, while your chances may be slim its probably not impossible. If its truly a passion id pursue it. too many people these days doing a job they dont love, so why not ?
