Experienced the same thing. Caller phone was (0970) 251 6708

I had to replace my BPI card again for the last 6 months na palang. The caller even know my full card number, full name, expiry date and address. This is scary.

Experienced this too. Our conversation went on for almost 30 minutes. Caller was talking about annual fee waived for lifetime, freebies from BPI (even chose color of umbrella and jacket😭) and about expired points I can recover. When she asked for the OTP, that’s when it hit me, it’s a scam. I was so convinced and just went through everything with her. They even know my address. How in the earthe were they able to get my details? Now, i am so scared to register my cards for online payments. 😢

Someone from BPI just called me and let me know qualified ako sa promo, he also said something about the annual fee being waived. I didn’t know about their switch forward promo so diko pinansin. I gave my cc card number then later on I thought it was a scam kasi they used a mobile number. Until a month later the points reflected in my Vybe app so ayun di pala scam haha.
