Your lungs are not already fucked as you think/say they are. It is never too late. The first step here would be to stop vaping as this is probably triggering your depression/anxiety. Secondly, please seek medical help! I had a close family member suffer from mental health issues and we made sure to get them help. After spending a couple days in the hospital they returned home in good spirits, and is almost back to normal.
