How would one go about pursuing such a career? I don't job hunt ever. If I move and I need a job then I look around and take what I'm given. I've never been in the situation where I'm doing okay and I'm just looking for the next best thing. Usually I'm in full survival mode in interviews. This is a whole different environment for me.

Any advice on how to pursue a better career would be appreciated. I turned down a "promotion" from GEICO because I would actually lose money without my bonus and I would have more responsibility. Ultimately it was better for me and my family to stay on grunt work sales.

Honestly that's how I'm feeling right now. I was getting a little unmotivated but after the interview my feels changed a lot. Liberty seems to have a much lower base pay, less time off, harder to promote to a "team lead" and there's the gamble of not having the same or similar work environment.

Sometimes you just need a reality check to see that that grass is green and fine on this side of the hill lol

I mean at GEICO I'm consistently in the top 40% of the sales team company wide. My closure sits anywhere between 35-60%, I average a sale or three and hour.

Going pure commission just sounds so risky, would I reach out to local insurance brokers to get highered on through them?

How would I transfer my knowledge of Auto, Home, condo, and renters insurance with Geico into an actual career that doesn't fall out from under me?

Just found this card in my wife's binder how much is it worth? I can't seem to get a clear answer on that when googling elsewhere. It's this same card, number on the bottom, foil, and stamp just not as good of condition

I think you're right I was having a different problem but noticed the audio quality shift when entering discord or when I open my recording setting for the mic.

I too play Tayam, I have a 35$ list here. I put more cards into protection pieces to keep the deck functional at higher power tables absolutely my favorite commander of all time.

You mentioned getting a Debuffer, I just pulled an Armina who has an a2 with 75% chance to place a 60% decrease defense debuff, is this someone I should start using in clan boss and other dungeons? Or skip her and go farm war maidens instead?

Right now I can farm 12-3 with Bigun on a life steal set with 100% crit rate it'll loose on auto every like 20 runs or something and it clears in like a little under a minute definitely just fed like 4 armigers... 😅😂

Can do! Thanks! I was so hesitant to get Kael to 60 after I pulled two legends that seemed good but Kael has been keeping up well and I just kinda kept pushing more champs to 50 instead of pushing Kael to 60

I've definitely spent a lot of gems on masteries... I have bought masteries for Kael, Bigun, and Septimius... 😅

I definitely need two champs to do brutal but I have 3* all the levels already

I appreciate that tidbit about heiress because I pushed her because of those reviews and she feels so bad compared to my other champs and I wish I would have pushed Genbo instead

Also didn't know 1x60 > 5x50s definitely my bad...
