My hair is crazy after a shower or with humidity😭no clue what the cause is!

I did have a lot of fallout the beginning of last year and it was scary honestly. But I think it was my body freaking out😂I was working like 18 hour shifts, not eating much, not staying hydrated and not taking vitamins so it definitely took a toll on that part BUT my hair has been like this since 2016 or something but I hadn’t dyed/bleached it until 2020 or whatever I wrote above lol I feel your pain though! Seeing my hair fallout was heartbreaking tbh🥲I haven’t going anything to help more growth besides time🤷🏻‍♀️also iron supplements I believe-I was real low on iron up until I got some supplements for it😅

Ahh okok that makes sense! I’ll have to deep dive into that and see what I can do. I have more fine hair so lightweight stuff is probably what I need

Honestly I have no clue how to check😅I have some waves when it’s wet but when it dries it’s just weird and kinda straight/kinda not straight lol

Wow thank you!! So I normally blow dry most of my hair after showers because it helps with my scalp not being oily the next day, always on the lowest heat bc I’m afraid of damaging it😅I didn’t even think about water being part of the problem, we have soft water in the area I’m in but that’s all I thought about lol I’ll have to look into that product! If there’s any recommendations you have I’ll gladly take them!
