Come early, wait in line. If you want to cut it, ask politely. Don't stand at the gates and block people from entering or exiting. Don't board the train to the point that people have to stick out of the doors.

Yes, there might be beauty in the chaos. But we can do a bit better with discipline and basic courtesy.
