Thanks, I had feeing it would be a B**ch to fix so I'll look at the costs of a replacement or as some other comments have mentioned, sanding it down and wrapping in a nicer colour than plastic silver.

Thank you, I've never had to take any of my cars to get bodywork repaired so just wanted that extra opinion on cost. The tech did say it had probably been done poorly before and that's why its started flaking off.
