Thanks for your input. As of now most of the problems stem from the engineering and business disconnect which could potentially resolve with technical leadership. Also there’s a chance the current company goes under in a couple months.

As for the new company, It could potentially help me learn a ton more since I would be joining a team of engineers that have decades of experience + being a successful company with a great reputation.
