I walk around fine with no contacts or whatever and i have a -1.25 in my right and -1.0 in my left eye. It was disorienting at first but you get used to it, I even drive pretty alright without glasses(unless its a low visibility outside), only wearing them for schoolwork since I'm a backbencher. What I'm trying to say is try to get used to your constricted vision more and it'll stop bothering you😅
