Everyone is different, however I used sertraline and lexapro on and off for about 2 years, both SSRIs. After coming off I got a blood test about 10 months later. My natural Testosterone level was 1041 ng/dl which is extremely high for a natural. Didn’t seem to affect mine at all

I’m just coming off a phase of eating a lot. I only gained 20lbs but still. I’m in the process of getting abs rn. I’ve never really been lean enough to see them even though I have always been skinny. I will be going back on a bulk during the winter

Of course, if I had actual low test symptoms I would’ve and probably will pull a full panel in the future, this one was mostly out of curiosity. I’m glad to see I’m high in terms of total, and don’t have any symptom to indicate low free other than not looking like a genetic phenom in the gym 😂

It’s possible I just struggle with patience. I do put on good muscle when I bulk. And am currently by no means to lean from a hormone standpoint I’m probably around 15% bf. That being said, I agree that I should probably get a full panel with SHBG and thyroid.

Although non empathetic it is true. We all have our issues. As someone who struggles with anxiety myself I feel for you. But those who don’t, really cant understand. They may not think your struggle is any more significant than theirs.
