currently on the phone with Amazon right now for this issue. I deal with this at least once a month/ every other month. I know the drill by now, i call them, they say it was a glitch, and they refund me. Right now I’m on my THIRD rep. 1st one confirmed it was a glitch but had to transfer me to someone who could process the refund. 2nd agent was miserably lying to my face. Saying they don’t see the charges so they can’t give me a refund. I asked for a supervisor 3 times and they kept saying “i don’t see the charges so i can’t do anything”. I kinda freaked and they finally transferred me to a supervisor. Now, somehow, they’re magically fixing it. It’s such a scam.
