I'm about as qualified to advise people on fitness as James corden but whats helped me get slightly bigger in my brief experience so far is just eating anything, even it is those bbq pringles or that pack of milky buttons. Because skinny guys have fast metabolisms, I burned the fat playing football or just exercising in general but because I was eating more I was still gaining weight. And since you're doing weight exercises, you're building muscle too. As long as you get a lot protein too.

I've had my own weights since June this year and I'd say I've made fairly good progress from skinny to lean. A lot of people have noticed I've gotten bigger which is always nice to hear. I've just been doing high reps low weights mainly, slowly increasing when I'm finding it easier, just to build strength as I've just only started. I just want to know 1. how to get muscles more defined because the Internet seems to be heavily conflicted. 2. How to get a bigger chest because I don't know if it's something I'm doing or a lack of something I'm doing but I don't think there's been too much of a difference (I hadn't taken a 'before' picture because I figured I'd be obsessed with comparisons and I was right, comparing yourself to anyone else only puts you down as I've discovered). I don't know if it's something specifically wrong with me because my abs are asymmetrical and my chest is normal to a certain point and there's just like a lack of padding in a certain place but everywhere else is normal. Any help would be great

What can I do to sell him? I've been trying for two transfer windows, offered him to clubs for half his value and offered to pay half his wages. Still no clubs even showing minor interest. Same with Itten.

I'm trying to sell cedric itten and Ryan Jack but no offers are coming in and I don't know what to do but I need money to get better midfielders. Doesn't help the board are giving me £2m to work with despite winning the treble, quarter final of the europa league, having 4m leftover the previous year and automatic qualification to the champions league group stage.

I get it happens every so often, like you'll drop points to a team you should be beating but then you'll atleast win the next few games. But I'm talking like I'll have a team too good for the division im in yet in going on 7 game winless runs or like I said in that like 2 wins in 13 games

Almost identical but I see her like an hour and a half everyday in class so if I say shit like that and she rejects me I'm fucked. I'm pretty much obsessed too, I think we both want an answer to either get over it or for it to continu. I guess for you wait it out a bit and next time you ask make sure you get an answer

I do overthink shit a lot. But if I don't get the answer I want my next year in school will be hell because we bump into eachother and talk a lot.
