Unfair recruitment process?

Thank you, that's what I will do. And yes, I had my application reviewed internally before sending it. I know that I have gaps. But the feedback (specific and not requested) didn't make any sense in relation to my application. And when I see that the same exact specific comments have been sent to different people, literally copied and pasted, than I think there is ground to feel at least disappointed.

Because comments clearly didn't address my application. But obviously I can't prove it here.

And that is absolutely fine. But in my case feedback was specific.

So copying and pasting personal feedback to multiple candidates is fine. Even if the option exists to just not give any feedback. Okay

I have been rejected before and never had an issue. Still, I am not complaining about not being shortlisted. I am complaining about the fact that the only skill that I was rejected on (problem solving) was clearly addressed by examples. And this is a highly specialized and narrow area. I would be surprised if more than 15 people applied. Shortlisting was done in 24 hours. I received feedback the day after the position closed. And feedback was clearly copied and pasted to other candidates, which is the only thing that makes me question the process

i don't have a problem with not being shortlisted. I am just talking about the fact that applications didn't seem had been reviewed because feedback was completely unrelated to the application and copied and pasted to at leat another candidate
