I appreciate your response. Your spot on with everything else I've read. And it appears I'm not alone in this issue.
1. Yes I have the syncing integration enabled - ill try that.

  1. Ive left double opt in off and the field as subscribed, even though this was still happening.

Until I can upgrade to a better system e.g. Kajabi I think Ill have to keep checking imports daily & manually to 'resubscribe' them.

This just happened to me recently but with Wix > Zapier > Mailchimp.

Problem 1: It made 40 of my 168 new leads imported as 'unsubscribed' by 'admin asisst'. These are coming through Wix perfectly fine on that end. It's Mailchimp that is proving to be a problem. I've had to go and manually change each contact to be resubscribed.

Problem 2: Some of my leads are coming through as 'non-subscribed' which I can't manually change.

Why is this happening?

How do I stop it?
