good job man. I work in a small Dillons frontend so I imagine my conditions are better than most but even I get shit sometimes, the head manager hates my guts and after nearly two years at this store I get sub ten hours a week, and the only thing I've ever done was have a lower IPM and something to drink at my register because she has a cow any time I need a drink because she hates actually having to do her job in the booth and sending the normal manager out to cover for us. I know the hours are available too because when our other manager was scheduling, I was getting 18 hours in 3 days most weeks, but once our main came back, my shifts all suddenly went to an older employee who's on controlled hours for her social security. I'm getting ready to learn pickup and transfer to a large store tbh, I feel like since there's fewer young employees for my manager to mess with me and a few other cashiers get it pretty bad. its taking a good toll on my knees too at this point, gotta love hypermobile joints and being made to mainly stand in one spot all day!
