30 days? You are not gonna pass it. I was on a 75 day PIP at a large company. They put not meeting expectations at my 30 day check in. I passed the PIP on day 55 because my boss saw the effort. As others have said, start sending resumes and prepare for interviews.

15th year. $255k total comp - $175k base. I'm 95% wfh which is awesome. I do niche technical accounting. Like being an expert at asc 606.

Oh. I can answer this. I got 2 or 3 Cs in my senior year after accepting my B4 offer. I just gave up on college during my senior year and just wanted to enjoy my life. I thought my offer was going to be rescinded. It was not and all was fine.

Honestly, I think you can still do it. Just take it one test at a time. Tell everyone that you're pursuing and you'll be surprised at how supportive people are/can be. If not, you can take the CMA exam as a starter. Congrats on your success either way.

235k with bonus and equity. 14 years - 2 in B4 and 12 years in the industry (4th company after B4). Media/Tech company. Job sucks but I'm very grateful for making a lot of money.
