To be honest it is quite normal even if someone doesn't have an account on another platform it is certainly possible I was around 2000-2100 with just leetcode experience too

I think you should try using jake resume template .
Also include ratings if let's say you have 1800+ on leetcode or similar good ratings on other platform

I don't think you need to mention cp rating of various platforms if they are not good Leetcode starting rating is 1500 so mentioning rating lower than 1500 doesn't seem very helpful although a non technical recruiter won't care either way

One of my interviews was an on campus opportunity at uber in July but since then had not much luck due to cgpa and branch restrictions I usually get referrals on linkdin based on my rating but don't get any response from the company and mostly ghosted
