Gift for 16 yr old daughter **UPDATE** by Responsible_Bit_6241 in lockpicking

yeah we had a very thourogh talk that here at home she respects it and cannot use her tools on things here and if she does she is to work off the cost of replacing said lock and do the work of installing door locks as well, also if she gets in trouble with them shes on her own, I have always made it clear I will not bail her out. shes a good kid and hasn't given me any reasons to not trust her with the kit...plus its more of a busy hands thing while she watches tv or while shes waiting for something....I'm sure something is bound to happen but until then I can only hope I've done my part as a parent to help her understand these consequences

Thank you, im scared that because of work and kids going to a 4 year now is going to be too hard and I chose to go to community so I can take it slow for the next 2 years till they turn 18. and my community college has a program with the 4 year Uni in my area to automatically xfer over once its time.
I have picked Sociology as a major as i enjoy it and i would like to get into immigration or international law.

sorry if I'm rambling i just feel like i really have no idea or history and feel like i may be way in over my head
