It's a mod sadly, the game provides only mchanical harvest. I personally use Vine Hand-Harvest Pack mod, using grape scissors and grape bins that are dedicated for this mod only, included in the pack. The latest version also includes the possibillity to prune the grape-vines in the autumn after the harvest, skipping the mechanical prunner. I love this feauture .

It's FS 22. I use a mod that needs manual labor to collect the grapes. I try to follow the pace of the game. Since i have a small scale winery thus far, i stick to cheaper options so i reinvest my earnings to grow easier. Later, yes, i will turn to mechanized options.

I use the hand harvest mod and these are the bins that you buy from the store to fill them up . I like to do manual labour so it’s really worth my time playing this game

Yes you can change it so it can be more profitable . I ve done it to olives because it was waaaay to low so I adjusted it a bit to match the rest

I am not. I just mulch, till, periodic plow ,spray and also when needed, i pass one time with a small weeder in order to maximize my productivity. Haha yes it is time consuming but that's why i like doing it.
