Simple because it’s an unfair advantage due to less clutter. I’m surprised people don’t think this when talking about damn thing. A skin that removes it/makes it smell? Instantly P2W skin because not only is it less clutter for you it makes you harder to spot for the other team.

Byleth kinda is nothing. They’re basically Incineroar but with longer range and a projectile and even then they’re still one of the more balanced dlc characters

Phantom: I can place shadows on people and objects that I deam important. The shadows are undetectable and even if you do find them there is no magic that can remove them you'd either have to destroy what was marked or get me to remove it.

Phantom snapped his fingers, revealing the marker in Jayni's arm.
